Bargain Berths are First ScotRail's heavily discounted online products that offer accommodation in standard class twin berth cabins on a number of Caledonian Sleeper services. First ScotRail currently offer single fares of £19, £29, £39 and £49, for travel between Scotland and London Euston. These tickets are only available to be booked online at www.firstscotrail.com and are subject to availability, therefore, early booking is recommended to ensure customers get the best deal available on the night of travel. Customers simply select the date they wish to travel and their particular journey and are shown the options available. Once a booking is made NO TICKET WILL BE ISSUED. The customer will be given a booking reference and be sent an SMS text message and/or e-ticket by email, which they should print off and use as their ticket to travel. Manual Wheelchair users can now request online specially adapted on-board Sleeper accommodation when using a Bargain Berth ticket. Customers should select the checkbox for assistance when booking, and an agent will call them to discuss and book their requirements. A travel companion can accompany the customer absolutely free. For this type of journey only one ticket need be requested for travel. All disabled bookings must be made no later than 48 hrs in advance of travel. How to buy your tickets

Bargain Berths is operated on a ticketless travel basis and must be ordered no later than 12 o'clock midday on the day of travel, subject to availability. An SMS or e-ticket, complete with reservation details, will be sent to your nominated e-mail address or mobile phone number. In the case of e-tickets, these should be printed off and used as your travel document.
